1. Definitions and Interpretation

2. Registration Eligibility

3. Account Management

Each jompay99 user is fully responsible for their own account. The following are obligations that must be observed:

• Each individual is permitted to register one account only. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being closed along with a freeze on funds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jompay99 provides several convenient and secure payment options to meet the needs of Malaysian users. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit limit is RM50 for each available payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM50 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 10 and 45 minutes depending on the chosen method and the security verification required.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or payment method used during deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering policy.
• Management reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain amount or where suspicious activity is detected.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jompay99 offers various promotions to registered members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following terms:

• Welcome Bonus: First deposit bonus of 200% up to a maximum of RM500. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200 with an account balance of RM300. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value — in this example, RM200 × 15 = RM3,000 must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• As a second example, a deposit of RM600 gives the maximum bonus of RM500 with an account balance of RM1,100. The wagering requirement is RM500 × 15 = RM7,500.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering with the bonus are eligible for withdrawal once the wagering requirement has been met.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per user unless stated otherwise in the terms of the relevant promotion.
• Management reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of misuse.
• The jompay99 VIP programme offers weekly cashback across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The cashback rate increases as members progress through the VIP programme.

6. Permitted User Conduct

All jompay99 users are required to comply with the platform's code of conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots or scripts designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Collusion between two or more players to manipulate game outcomes or obtain bonuses improperly.
• Transferring funds between different jompay99 user accounts without authorisation from management.
• Attempting to exploit any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Spreading misleading or false information about the jompay99 platform to other users.
• Any form of threats, harassment or abusive language directed at support staff or other users.

A breach of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, freezing of funds and legal action if necessary.

9. Account Termination and Suspension
